Digital Crochet Patterns (PDF)

Our digital crochet patterns are delivered by email as a PDF file after payment. This allows you to immediately start crocheting your new Pixel 2 Mix creation and enjoy lots of crochet fun. 🧶💕

Since this is digital content that is available for immediate use, the right of return does not apply once the PDF file has been sent by email. By purchasing, you agree to this immediate delivery. This means that purchased PDF crochet patterns cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Crochet Kits, Printed Crochet Patterns and Other Products

For physical products, such as crochet kits, printed crochet patterns, crocheted plushies and postcards, a legal cooling-off period of 14 days applies after receiving your order. Within this period, you may indicate that you wish to return your purchase. After this notification, you have another 14 days to send the product back. We kindly ask you to return products unused and in their original condition.

Returns do not apply to:

• Digital PDF crochet patterns that have been send by email
• Products that have been specially made for you

Refunds

Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days via the same payment method used for your order. The costs for returning the package are at your own expense.
