What are the shipping costs if I order something?

How is the digital pattern delivered?
After payment you will receive an Adobe PDF of the pattern in your mailbox, with the language that you specified when ordering. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader for this. It can be downloaded for free from the Adobe website for both Mac and Windows.
If I have questions about the pattern or other questions, who can I contact?
If you have any questions, you can always send an email with your question to info@pixel2mix.com or via the contactform and we will do our best to answer them within 48 h.
I miss something in my order, now what?
It can always happen that you miss something in your order. We therefore request that you check the delivered items as soon as possible and let them know if something is indeed missing. We will do our utmost to deliver this as soon as possible.
Pixel 2 Mix also has a physical store, where I can also pick up the ordered items?
Unfortunately, Pixel 2 Mix does not have a physical store and collection of the products is not possible.
However, the entire Hi-Di-Hi Family will be out of bed from 01 July 2021 and they can be admired 'temporarily' at; 'Made by You'. Herenstraat 110, 2215 KK in Voorhout.
A number of the Hi-Di-Hi Collection can also be viewed at 'Bij Henny', Noordeindseweg 2, 2651 CW in Berkel en Rodenrijs.
In addition to the Pixel 2 Mix -Homemade Crafts- webshop, the crochet boxes are currently also available at the above 2 stores and at Pera & Pasha in Pijnacker / The Netherlands.
When and how can I reach Pixel 2 Mix?

What is the response time to a question asked?
The aim is to respond to a question asked within 48 hours. However, we will do our utmost to do this faster.
The product is not in stock, what now?
With your order you can see whether an item is in stock or not. If the item is not in stock, we strive to always deliver this item as soon as possible. You will always be informed about this. Should the delivery time be longer than 2 weeks due to circumstances, you will also be informed about this by email and the order could possibly be canceled.
I would like to have a product in other colors, is that possible?
This could possibly be possible. Please send an email to info@pixel2mix.com with your wishes and we will let you know if it is possible. In any case, keep in mind that a longer delivery time than usual is possible, but you will always be informed about this.
When will the products be shipped?
If in stock and if the payment is received, the order will be sent as soon as possible. We strive, when you order is payed, that the order is shipped within 2 working days, barring unforeseen circumstances.
What are the payment options at Pixel 2 Mix -Homemade Crafts-?
The various payment options are indicated on the website. You can also make a payment in advance by bank transfer, stating your email address and the desired product and the confirmed order number in the description of the transfer.
Is it possible to return products?
Unfortunately, digital products cannot be returned. Physical products must be registered in advance via info@pixel2mix.com or via the contact form. However, the goods will have to be returned in complete condition including all accessories and should be resold as new. You will receive a return form with a code with which you can return this. The shipping / return costs are for your account. If the goods have been returned, you will receive the amount of the delivered goods on your account (excluding the shipping costs, which are for your account).

Can I also see and / or feel the products somewhere?
At the moment the Hi-Di-Hi Family is staying at 'Made By You', Herenstraat 110, 2215 KK Voorhout, The Netherlands and they can be admired over there.
Which Material is used?
The Crochet packages of both the cuddly toys and the pillows consist of Durable Cosy Fine Yarn, consisting of 58% Cotton and 42% Poly acrylic. Due to this combination of raw materials, the yarn, and ultimately the stuffed animal, pillow or blanket, feels soft and supple. Safety eyes are also used in the cuddly toys and included in the crochet packages. Once confirmed, these can no longer be released and will not come off unexpectedly.
Can I also wash the stuffed animals and blankets?
That is possible;;
- Gently wash cold with the washing machine. The temperature of the washing machine should not exceed 30 degrees and it is recommended to use a wool or delicate program. Centrifuge on low speed.
- Do not use detergent with bleach.
- This yarn cannot be dried in the dryer, but will have to be done outdoors.
- You can iron this yarn at a low temperature, but make sure the iron does not get hotter than 110 degrees.
- Dry cleaning is also possible. The dry cleaner may dry clean this yarn in tetrachloretene.
I notice damage upon delivery, what now?
Always report this directly to the carrier when you sign for receipt and contact info@pixel2mix.com or via the contact form. If necessary, upload a photo that clearly shows the damage. Also always state whether only the packaging is damaged or also the contents of the product.
