Delivery Time
If a product is in stock, the ordered product will be shipped within 2 working days, if ordered before 16:00. If the ordered product is not in stock, you will be informed about the delivery time. A crocheted stuffed animal, which is not in stock, will, for example, have a longer delivery time than a crochet box or a A5 Pattern-booklet or a poster and / or postcards.
Delivery
Due to experience, we have chosen to ship with PostNL. We think they are the most reliable and you can safely assume the expected delivery time. If something changes over time, you will always be well informed. It is also possible to indicate a collection point at PostNL (In the Netherlands), so that it does not have to be left at home unnecessarily. If you want the ordered to be delivered to a different address than the billing address, please indicate this when you are completing your order.
